Legal review requirements
Documents flagged [LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED] contain legal conclusions or regulatory interpretations that require review by a qualified UK lawyer before operational use. These flags mark genuine legal questions — including:
- Whether Scout's outputs constitute "solely automated decisions" under UK GDPR Arts. 22A–22D
- Whether agency customer relationships constitute joint controller arrangements under UK GDPR Art. 26
- The lawful basis and Art. 9(2) condition for demographic monitoring data
- The applicable UK international transfer mechanism for Anthropic as a sub-processor
- Retention period adequacy
